Keep what matters.
Discard the rest.

An AI email agent that runs on your phone. It sorts every email into the right folder, writes a short brief, drafts the reply in your tone, and only interrupts you when something actually needs you.

In development. Designed first for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7.

01 · WHAT IT DOES

Your inbox, handled before you open it

Every email is classified, filed and summarised the moment it arrives. You read briefs, not walls of text.

Classify

Urgent, high, normal or low, plus the right folder. Fast rules first, on-device AI for the rest.

Summarise

A short brief for each thread: what it's about, who it's waiting on, the deadline and next steps.

Reply, your way

A suggested reply in the sender's language. Edit it, make it shorter or more formal, proofread it. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

30-day clean-up

After you sign in, it sorts the last month and shows you what it will keep and discard. Nothing moves until you approve.

Quiet by default

Notifications only for urgent and high-priority mail. Everything else is filed silently.

Any language

Mail in other languages is shown in yours, and replies are drafted in theirs. Translation runs offline.

02 · KEEP OR DISCARD

Value mail in folders. Noise out of sight.

Most email is automated. The agent keeps what's worth something and clears the rest, safely.

Keep, in value folders

PriorityNeeds action or a reply
PeopleReal conversations
MoneyInvoices, payments, receipts
Work updatesCode, tickets, calendars
Orders & travelBookings, deliveries
Reports & alertsAutomated but useful
+ Your own foldersDescribe them in plain words: "Partners: anyone asking to integrate or resell our product"

Discard, with a safety net

  • Marketing, newsletters and low-value notifications go to a Discarded folder, moved to Trash after 30 days.
  • Spam and phishing go to Junk.
  • A daily digest shows what was discarded, with Restore, Never discard and Unsubscribe.

Never discarded: people you've written to, your contacts, threads you're in, VIPs, security codes, and anything about money.

03 · ANY ACCOUNT

One agent for all your inboxes

Rules aren't tied to one mailbox. They read the signals every email carries, then learn from every correction you make.

Google

Gmail and Google Workspace with secure Google sign-in. No password stored.

Microsoft

Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 with Microsoft sign-in.

Any IMAP

Company and hosting-provider mail. Server settings are found automatically.

Mailing-list headers Bulk and no-reply senders SPF / DKIM / DMARC Look-alike domains People you've written to Your contacts Your corrections
04 · BUILT FOR FOLDABLES

Designed for the Galaxy Z Fold7 first

The layout changes with the screen you're using. Your open email and draft carry over when you fold, unfold or rotate.

Cover screen

One pane, quick triage on the go.

Unfolded, portrait

Email list beside the open email.

Unfolded, landscape

Folders, list and email side by side.

Half-folded

05 · PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your email stays on your phone

The AI runs on the phone's own AI chip through Android's built-in Gemini Nano. There's no Private Email Agent server to send your mail to.

  • Processed on the device. Sorting, summaries, replies and translation all run locally.
  • The AI can't act on its own. It only returns a label, a summary or a draft. Instructions hidden inside emails are treated as text.
  • You send, always. No email leaves without your tap on Send.
  • Nothing deleted outright. Discarded mail can be restored for 30 days.
  • Credentials locked down. Passwords are encrypted with Android Keystore; Google and Microsoft use sign-in tokens.
06 · UNDER THE HOOD

Fast because it does less

Built on what Android and Google already put on the phone, so the app stays small and quick.

InterfaceKotlin, Jetpack Compose, Material 3 adaptive layouts
On-device AIGemini Nano via ML Kit GenAI APIs, on the phone's NPU
LanguagesML Kit Language ID and offline Translation
MailIMAP push while open, efficient background sync otherwise
EfficiencyRules first, AI second; headers and a small slice of each body; results cached
StorageLocal database with full-text search

On-device AI needs a phone with Gemini Nano, such as the Galaxy Z Fold7 or Galaxy S25 series. Other Android phones get rules-based sorting.
